How to arch your text
- Keep the Arc shape selected.
- Drag Curve to the left for an arch that rises in the middle — the varsity look. Drag it to the right and the same text sags into a valley, which is how you set the lower line of a two-part design.
- Slide it back towards the middle and the text straightens out.
- Open the letters up with Letter spacing; big block fonts on a shirt usually want a little more air than the default.
- Download PNG, with Transparent background ticked so the lettering can go straight onto a coloured garment mock-up.
The curve slider moves one degree at a time, so you can stop exactly where the arch matches the shoulder line or the top of a badge rather than snapping to a few fixed presets.
The letters rotate with the arc
In this version each letter turns to follow the curve, so the whole word reads like it was printed onto a ring — the standard varsity and team-shirt treatment. A second mode that keeps every letter bolt upright while the baseline arches is not built yet; if that is the look you need, this arched text generator will not produce it today.

Fonts that suit an arch
Tall condensed capitals hold an arch well because each letter is narrow and the curve stays readable. Of the fonts bundled here, Bebas Neue is the closest to a classic athletic face and Playfair Display gives a more formal crest feel. Script faces like Pacifico and Lobster arch fine, but the letters are placed one at a time, so joins between adjacent script letters can separate slightly on a strong curve.

Drag Curve past the middle to the other side. The same text bends into a valley.
Can I keep the letters upright?
Not in this version — every letter follows the angle of the arc.
Will it print on a dark shirt?
Yes. Export with a transparent background and pick a light text colour; there is no white box around the lettering. Add an outline if you need the letters to separate from a busy fabric print.
What size should I export?
Use 3200 × 2000 for anything going to print or onto a garment.
